Full refunds are available if you withdraw within 14 days of enrollment and haven't accessed more than 10% of course materials. This gives you time to assess fit without penalty.

Medical or Emergency Circumstances

Life happens. If documented medical issues or family emergencies prevent course completion, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.

Technical Service Failure

If our platform experiences significant technical issues that prevent reasonable access to course content for extended periods, partial or full refunds may apply based on impact duration.

Course Cancellation

In the rare event we cancel a scheduled course before it begins or midway through, you'll receive a full refund of any fees paid or the option to transfer to a future session.

You'll receive a decision via email within 5 business days of submitting your complete request. The notification will specify whether your refund is approved, partially approved, or declined with reasoning.

Processing Payment

Approved refunds are processed immediately upon decision. Depending on your original payment method and financial institution, funds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days.

Refund Timeframes and Processing

Credit Card Refunds

Refunds to credit cards typically process within 5-7 business days after approval. Your card issuer may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account. Check with your bank if you don't see it within 12 business days.

Direct Debit or Bank Transfer

Bank transfer refunds usually arrive within 3-5 business days in Australia. International transfers may take 7-10 business days depending on your banking institution and country. We'll provide a transaction reference number for tracking.

PayPal and Digital Wallets

Digital wallet refunds are typically instant to your wallet balance once processed on our end. If you paid via PayPal or similar services, funds should appear within 24-48 hours after our approval notification.

Installment Payment Plans

If you're on a payment plan, refunds are calculated based on payments made minus any accessed course value. Remaining scheduled payments are cancelled immediately upon refund approval. Partial refunds reflect completed payments only.

Eligible for Refund

Changed Personal Circumstances

Early withdrawal within 14 days with minimal content access qualifies for full refund. This covers situations where you realize the course timing doesn't work or personal priorities shift unexpectedly.

Significant Technical Issues

If platform outages or technical problems prevent access for more than 72 consecutive hours, you're eligible for partial refunds proportional to the disruption period and content affected.

Course Content Mismatch

Within the first week, if course content significantly differs from the published curriculum description, you may request a refund with documented explanation of the discrepancy.

Not Eligible for Refund

Course Difficulty Level

Finding course material challenging or more advanced than expected doesn't qualify for refunds. Course difficulty levels are outlined in program descriptions, and learning requires effort.

Completed Course Content

Once you've accessed more than 50% of course materials or completed the program, refunds aren't available. You've already received substantial value from the educational content provided.

Changed Career Goals

Deciding to pursue a different career path after the 14-day period doesn't qualify for refunds. Career decisions are personal choices independent of course quality or delivery.

Important Policy Notes

All refund decisions are final. Once we've reviewed your request and issued a decision, we don't accept appeals or reconsiderations unless new documentation becomes available that wasn't included in the original submission.

Refunds are calculated based on the amount you actually paid, not the standard course price. If you enrolled during a promotional period or used a discount code, your refund reflects the discounted price you paid.

Course access is revoked immediately upon refund approval. You won't be able to download materials, access resources, or view content after your refund is processed. Make sure you've saved any personal notes beforehand.

Instead of a refund, you may request a course transfer to a different program of equal or lesser value. Transfer requests follow similar eligibility criteria and must be made within the refund-eligible timeframe.

Violations of our terms of service, including sharing login credentials or distributing course materials, immediately void any refund eligibility. Academic integrity matters, and policy violations have consequences.
