Building financial literacy through focused learning

Financial Statement Analysis Program

Starting September 2025, we're launching a comprehensive learning experience that goes beyond typical courses. This isn't about memorizing formulas—it's about understanding how numbers tell stories and how you can use those stories to make smarter decisions. Real companies, actual statements, and practical scenarios you'll encounter in your work.

Flexible Timeline

Eight months of structured learning with room to breathe. We know you've got other commitments. Study at your pace while staying connected with your cohort.

Real-World Focus

Work with actual financial statements from Australian companies. Analyze trends, spot red flags, and build confidence in your ability to interpret complex data.

Small Groups

Limited to 25 participants per intake. You'll get individual feedback on your work and chances to discuss challenging concepts with instructors who've been where you are.

What You'll Actually Learn

We've built this around three phases that progressively build your analytical skills. Each phase includes hands-on projects, not just theory. By the end, you should feel comfortable opening any financial report without that initial sense of overwhelm.

Foundation Phase (Months 1-3)

Understanding the three core statements and how they connect. You'll learn to read balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports—not just the definitions, but what they actually reveal about a business's health.

Analysis Phase (Months 4-6)

Diving into ratios, trends, and comparative analysis. We'll look at liquidity, profitability, and efficiency metrics. Plus, you'll start recognizing warning signs that something might be off in the numbers.

Applied Practice (Months 7-8)

Your capstone project involves analyzing a complete set of financial statements from an Australian company. You'll prepare a written report and present your findings—similar to what you'd do in a professional setting.
